Tulsa Police have made an arrest in connection to the shooting death of a Missouri teenager in Tulsa on Wednesday.
Jeffrey Proctor, 20, of Tulsa, was booked into the Tulsa Jail just after 5 p.m. Friday, according to jail records. A witness said Proctor had a handgun and confronted the teenager, Tevon Mathies, who was in Tulsa to visit his brothers. Click here to read the complete article at Tulsaworld.com
