• Proposition 2: Amends the city charter to allow the city manager to live in the Guthrie School District. Now, the city manager may live only in Guthrie city limits.
• Proposition 3: Amends the city charter to change the primary election date to the first Tuesday in March, change the date of special primary elections to not less than 30 days after the end of the filing period, change the date of special general elections to not less than 30 days after the primary election and change the declaration of candidacy for the mayor and city council members from the first Monday in December to the next succeeding Wednesday.
