He said oil and gas companies have shown little interest in contributing to the repairs.
"If you get a little, it’s just lucky,” Rodgers said.
Invoice ignored Rodgers submitted an invoice for damages to some of the roads near Golden’s house.
But District Attorney Jim Bob Miller opted not to pursue it.
Miller did not return a call Friday from The Oklahoman seeking comment.
Sharp, the business owner, said he hasn’t heard anything more about the $20,000 claim since his attorney refuted it about six months ago.
Sharp said he feels he’s being discriminated against because he hasn’t heard about anyone else being asked to pay for damaged roads.
Sharp said he just wants to focus on running his business.
