Gardiner was a passenger in a vehicle driving west on a Rogers County road when the driver failed to yield at a stop sign and was struck by a pickup about 3:45 p.m.
Saturday, the patrol said. The car’s driver, Felicia Renee Gardiner, 17, of Claremore and another passenger were taken to a Tulsa hospital. A third passenger was flown to the hospital with a head injury.

Czech was on the Indian Nation Turnpike in Choctaw County on Monday when his pickup struck a fence and hit a tree, troopers said. The pickup was obscured by brush and was found Saturday when a passerby saw a reflection from the pickup. Czech was not wearing a seat belt.

Abla was on a Beckham County road when he lost control of his sport utility vehicle and rolled about 6:45 p.m., the patrol said. Passenger, Gary Curtis Pigg, 45, of Erick was taken to a hospital, troopers said. His condition wasn’t known. Abla was not wearing a seat belt.
