Highways in parts of five Oklahoma counties are still closed because of high water from heavy rains last week, the state Department of Transportation reported.
Ottawa County - Steve Owens Boulevard in Miami. - State Highway 125 at the fairgrounds. - U.S. 59/State Highway 10 at Coal Creek, 3 miles west of Miami. Washington County - State Highway 10 east and west of the U.S. 75 junction near Copan. Mayes County - State Highway 28 east of U.S. 69 near Adair. Alfalfa and Major counties - State Highway 8 between Aline in Alfalfa County and Cleo Springs in Major County.
