HULBERT -- A Hulbert man died at 4 p.m. today in a wreck four miles northeast of Hulbert. Andrew Wayne Perry, 24, was driving south on a Cherokee County road when he lost control of the pickup, hit a ditch and was thrown from the pickup before it ran over him, according to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol report.
Perry was pronounced dead at the scene, troopers said. He was not wearing a seat belt.
