McALESTER — Two inmates have been charged in the deaths of other inmates in McAlester prisons.
Jesse James Dalton, 33, has been charged with first-degree murder in the March death of his cellmate, Paul Duran Jr., at the Oklahoma State Penitentiary.
Duran had testified against Dalton in district court, and the two men were prohibited from sharing a cell, records show.
