Moore Norman Technology Center is sponsoring its Career Awareness Night for middle school and high school students from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the Franklin Road Campus, 4701 12th Ave. NW. Students and their families will learn about a variety of careers.
Parent conferences are Nov. 12-13 Norman School District schools will have parent-teacher conferences on Nov. 12 and 13. Parents should call their children’s schools to schedule a time to speak with their teachers.
Concert is to benefit homeless Community Christian School’s Key Club is hosting a benefit concert 6:30 p.m. today at Journey Church, Interstate 35 and Tecumseh Road. Tickets are $15 at the door. Money raised will fund projects for the homeless. Bands playing are Stellar Kart, Sunz of Thunda and Michael Abbott Band.
