COFFEE FOR PIONEER WOMAN’S MOM →Party planner: Lela Sullivan invited friends and some former Oklahoma State University members of Pi Beta Phi sorority to have coffee with Gerre Schwert of Port Aransas, Texas.

→Buzz: Schwert was in town for her daughter, Ree Drummond’s (author of the www.thepioneer

woman.com Web site) cookbook signing in Oklahoma City at Full Circle Bookstore the night before. Drummond’s cookbook "The Pioneer Woman Cooks” recently was released. The group was still talking about how many fans attended the signing and how gracious Drummond was to sign books and pose for pictures.

→Special touch: Birthday cupcakes were served, as it was Gerre Schwert’s birthday.
