Norman Music Festival returns, so do our cameras
For the seventh year, local, regional and national musicians are braving potential storms to spend time on stages in Norman. The fantastic musical event known as the Norman Music Festival runs through Saturday, April 26.
And for the seventh year, the NewsOK video team is capturing the moments, the songs, the sweat. Maybe even some tears.
Kyle Roberts and Nathan Poppe produced two NMF7 videos Thursday evening that you can enjoy below. We will have additional productions throughout the festival and into next week. Look for a longer feature in a few weeks.
First up, Moongiant performs “Iron Mound”. On a merry-go-round. Because why not?
Then, Aaron Pierce performs “Yesterday” at Sooner Theatre.
Our goal is a simple production, using a locked-down, straight-on shot with (hopefully) amazing sound.
Kyle and Nathan succeeded on both accounts on the first two videos.
