#FeelGoodFriday: This photo of 2-year-old Brooklyn Lynn Lilly is what happy endings are all about

This is a photo of pure elation.

That’s 2-year-old Brooklyn Lynn Lilly of Tawas City, Mich. She wandered off from a family member on Wednesday, and what followed was a nerve-wracking search that lasted nearly 22 hours.

Lilly was found in the woods near her home and, other than being a bit dirty and having some scratches, she was perfectly fine. The photo was captured just minutes after she was found.

Jeffery Seyfried, Tawas City Fire Department assistant fire chief, said Lilly “was bundled up in her jacket and when the team walked up to her, she started giggling. She actually told one of the guys that she loved it in the woods.”
