Yet Another Film Row Transformation Project

Try to keep up with me as I catch up with all the projects coming through on the next docket for the Downtown Design Review Committee on Thursday.

The Better Business Bureau’s Oklahoma City operation has stood at 17 S Dewey for at least as long as I’ve worked at The Oklahoman. Twenty-five years ago, this corner of California and Dewey was an outpost in an otherwise blighted skid row. It is now on the southside of Film Row, across the street from the new John W. Rex Elementary, and a much needed makeover is proposed:
