Hard hat tour: Members of the Mercy Health Foundation Board and the Sisters of Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City were hosts for a reception and hard hat tour of the construction progress of the new Mercy Coletta Building, Breast Center and Cancer Center. The center is due to open in summer 2016.
Details: Hard hats, vests and construction glasses were provided for all the guests, and they were asked to wear closed-toe shoes while walking through the construction.
Menu: In the soon-to-be lobby, guests were served heavy hors d'oeuvres, including decorated Mercy cookies. Bottled water, tea and soft drinks were set around.
Take-away treats: All guests received a special Mercy tape measure for their own construction projects.
HONORING KRISTY AND JOHN
Party: Marion Paden entertained at an engagement party for Kristy Smith and John Roddick. Family members and friends were from California, Texas and Oklahoma.
Ambience: It was the perfect fall evening in the backyard where twinkling lights, fall flowers and pumpkins were set up.
