Sexy Hair pays homage to James Dean cool
Sixty years after his death, actor James Dean is still the epitome of cool. His hair continues to be one of the most copied styles today, transcending trends.
Dean’s appeal hasn't escaped Sexy Hair, the hair care brand. Beginning in April, Dean will be the new ambassador for the brand’s Style Sexy Hair line with a huge marketing campaign paying homage to his iconic, brooding look.
With Dean’s name and photos in focus again, it allows Sexy Hair to concentrate on its male grooming products like Hard-up, Slept-In and Frenzy and further expand in the men’s hair market, said Karl Heinz Pitsch, president and CEO of Sexy Hair.
Dean was 24 when he died in a car accident in 1955. He starred in “East of Eden,” "Rebel Without a Cause” and “Giant.”
