Subscribers now get a reminder of the news with a daily email

Your subscription got more valuable in the last couple of weeks.

If you’re lucky enough to have already connected your print subscription account to the full digital access, you started to receive a daily email every morning.

The email looks something like this:

The stories that are highlighted feature what’s on Oklahoman.com’s edition for that day. We hope it’s a daily reminder of the stories that are being covered daily by the largest news-gathering force in the state.

Not coincidentally, the stories in the email are the same stories featured on The Oklahoman’s app and in The Oklahoman’s printed newspaper.

The message is clear. Subscribers have access to the premium content package every day in a variety of ways. They can curl up on the couch with the newspaper while they drink coffee, browse and tap on their phone while they brush their teeth or click through on their laptop while they sit in bed.

Honestly, a subscription has never been more valuable. Subscribers have so many options to stay informed with premium experiences access to premium content that the monthly cost of your subscription is nothing compared to what you get in return.

For more on that, just check out OklahomaUnfolded.com. It’s pretty detailed.

But here’s my favorite snippet from a subscriber on that page who enjoys using The Oklahoman’s digital products:

“It’s the only news I’m willing to pay for because I get reliable news that impacts me every day,” he said on the site. "Plus, it doesn’t cost much and I feel like I get a lot in return. …

"News is like anything else – you get what you pay for.”
