Staybridge Suites Rising Up in Bricktown

It took several years of waiting on new boulevard ramp connections to I-235, redesigns and other complications, but the long delayed five-story, 144-room Staybridge Suites, is rising up at 120 S Lincoln at the northeast corner of Lincoln and Reno.

The property is a prominent entry point to Bricktown and Lower Bricktown, but land assembly alone required developer Danny Patel to negotiate deals with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the Urban Renewal Authority, both of which controlled portions of the property.

Meanwhile, site preparation is continuing across the street for three hotels that will be built at the former site of the Body Works Collision Center.
