Downtown Development Round-Up

Energy prices may still be more volatile than most would like for Oklahoma City, but downtown development is barely slowing down. While I've tried to provide timely updates on the big projects, a lot of other work has continued to race ahead so for now we'll do this round-up.

First, a lot of construction is going with the West Village residences and retail being built around the 21c Museum Hotel along Film Row. First, a reminder of what this $70 million project will look like once complete:

The project includes 346 residences, 14,000 square feet of commercial space and 805 structured parking spaces.
