Three boys and girls soccer players to watch this season

Boys

Thomas McElyea, Sr., Carl Albert: McElyea, an Oklahoma City University signee, is one of the most skilled midfielders in the state.

T.J. Reyner, Sr., Mustang: One of the state’s top defenders, Reyner returns to lead a Bronco team that allowed the fewest goals in Class 6A last season.

Tate Tettleton, Sr., Norman North: As a junior, Tettleton led the Timberwolves with 12 goals and nine assists last season, as they made an appearance in the state semifinals.

Girls

Myka Heimbach, Sr., Yukon: Heimbach recorded 26 goals and five hat tricks last season, making her one of the top goal scorers in the state.

Kyla Lovelace, So., Mustang: Coming off a freshman season where she scored 17 goals and tallied 10 assists, Lovelace is looking to help the Broncos make it back to the state title game.

Kylee Munson, Jr., Westmoore: Munson recorded seven goals and three assists last season while helping lead Westmoore to the playoffs.
