OKC man arrested Friday, accused of shooting cousin to death


A 44-year-old Oklahoma City man was arrested Friday, accused by police of shooting and killing his cousin in northeast Oklahoma City.

About 4:25 a.m. Friday, police responded to a shooting call in the 900 block of East Drive. Officers at the scene found the body of Warren Wand, 46. Police arrested Wand’s cousin, Lamark Wendell Williams, on a murder complaint.

Williams is being held at the Oklahoma County jail without bail. Police said the investigation into the shooting is ongoing and ask anyone with information to call the homicide tip-line at 297-1200.
