Two Division I pitchers collided in a big rivalry baseball game Monday night, and it did not disappoint.

Texas Tech commit Josh Sanders outdueled Vanderbilt commit Dax Fulton in Yukon’s 4-1 win over rival Mustang.

Sanders allowed just five hits, a walk and an unearned run in seven strong innings. He struck out eight batters and threw 94 pitches.

It was just enough to top Fulton, who allowed four unearned runs on three hits and two walks in six innings. The big left-hander struck out 12.
