Unconstitutional laws endanger the republic

Colorado recently joined 11 other states awarding their electoral votes to the popular winner of the presidential election. This is in direct violation of Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution: "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union is a Republic form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion ...."

These states are endangering Oklahoma's right to a republic form of government by unconstitutionally passing these laws awarding their electoral votes to the popular winner. No state has the right to pass an unconstitutional law. We’re a republic and these laws transition our country into a democracy. A republic form of government protects the minority from the majority.

We need to contact our attorney general and implore him to sue at the federal level to overturn these unconstitutional laws endangering our nation.
