Brothers Osborne added to Chris Stapleton's autumn OKC arena stop
After playing a sold-out Oklahoma City show Tuesday at The Jones Assembly, popular country music duo Brothers Osborne has booked an autumn return date to OKC.
The Grammy Award-nominated combo of real-life brothers T.J. Osborne (lead vocals) and John Osborne (guitar, background vocals) has been added to five-time Grammy winner Chris Stapleton's OKC show Oct. 4 at Chesapeake Energy Arena, 100 W Reno, the venue announced today.
Brothers Osborne join previously announced OKC opening act Kendell Marvel.
As previously reported, Stapleton's OKC concert is part of the continuation of his extensive, sold-out “All-American Road Show” throughout summer and fall 2019.
Stapleton is continuing to tour in support of his esteemed album "From A Room: Volume 2." Released in December 2017 on Mercury Records Nashville, "From A Room: Volume 2" takes its name from Nashville’s historic RCA Studio A (the capital “A” in “From A Room”), where it was recorded with Grammy Award-winning producer Dave Cobb. Along with Stapleton on vocals and guitar and Cobb on acoustic guitar, the album features Morgane Stapleton on harmony vocals as well as longtime band-members J.T. Cure on bass and Derek Mixon on drums.
