Weather again postpones OKC Dodgers game
Mother Nature wiped out the Oklahoma City Dodgers’ scheduled game for a second straight day.
The Dodgers’ game set for Friday in Iowa was postponed early in the day due to inclement weather, forcing OKC and the Cubs to schedule a doubleheader Saturday afternoon beginning at 4:38 p.m.
Thursday’s finale in Omaha was also wiped away by inclement weather. That will be made up in a doubleheader Monday, May 27.
It’s also the third straight day the Dodgers dealt with poor weather. Wednesday night’s game in Omaha was called in the top of the eighth due to lightning and rain, giving OKC a 7-5 victory.
