Grace Green hit two home runs, Shannon Saile struck out seven batters in four innings of three-hit ball and second-ranked Oklahoma run-ruled Kansas 8-0 in six innings to sweep the series Sunday at Arrocha Ballpark in Lawrence, Kansas.

The Sooners' victory over the Jayhawks (14-27, 2-7 Big 12) extended their win streak to 28 games, the longest active streak in Division I softball.

OU (38-2, 9-0) has won 34 straight Big 12 contests, a conference record.

Cowgirls sweep Cyclones

Madi Sue Montgomery and Chyenne Factor each had three hits and three RBIs, and No. 14-ranked Oklahoma State beat Iowa State 12-5 to complete the series sweep at Cyclone Sports Complex in Ames, Iowa.

Rylee Bayless went 4 for 4 with two RBIs and three runs scored for the Cowgirls (32-11, 10-2), who overpowered Iowa State (23-18, 1-8) after trailing 5-4 in the second inning.
