Oklahoma moved atop the softball rankings Tuesday for the first time this season.

The Sooners (38-2) checked in at No. 1 in the ESPN.com/USA Softball poll, bumping formerly top-ranked UCLA to No. 2.

The Bruins (37-2) dropped a game to Oregon over the weekend while OU swept Kansas, extending its nation-leading winning streak to 28 games.

UCLA beat OU 7-1 on Feb. 22.

Washington, Florida State and Arizona round out the top-5 in the poll.

Three other Big 12 teams are ranked: No. 10 Texas, No. 13 Oklahoma State and No. 15 Texas Tech.
