Chickasha bank robbed Tuesday, FBI reported

CHICKASHA -- A man robbed Community Bank of Oklahoma at 1227 W. Grand Ave. Tuesday, the FBI reported.

He is described as white, in his mid-50s, about 5 feet 8 inches tall with salt-and-pepper colored facial stubble, and a thin build. The suspect was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, a grey jean jacket with logos, tan work boots, blue jeans, and a black bandana. The suspect was seen carrying a black bag.

About 9:15 a.m., the man walked into the bank and demanded money from bank employees and received an undisclosed amount. The man had a silver or chrome gun.

The man left the bank on foot going south.

The Oklahoma Bankers Association is offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of this suspect.
