Oklahoma State men’s basketball coach Mike Boynton added some veteran depth in UMass graduate transfer Jonathan Laurent.

The 6-foot-6, 215-pound forward chose OSU over Arkansas and Tulane, making it official Sunday after a visit to Stillwater, per a report from Jeff Goodman of Stadium. As a graduate transfer, Laurent will be eligible immediately.

Laurent averaged 9.5 points and five rebounds per game as a junior last season. He played his first two seasons at Rutgers, before transferring to UMass.

He joins a top-20 recruiting class of five high school players. Following the addition of Laurent, Boynton will have one more available spot in the 2019 recruiting class.
