Cleveland County quilt show to be held Friday, Saturday

NORMAN — Oklahoma Home and Community Education will have its 2019 Quilt Show from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the Cleveland County Fairgrounds, 601 E Robinson.

The theme this year is “Quilting Through the Ages.” Admission is $5. Raffle tickets also will be sold for an opportunity to win a quilt made by OHCE members. The raffle drawing will be Saturday afternoon. Tickets for the raffle are $1 each or 6 for $5.

Proceeds from the Quilt Show will help fund scholarships given to high school seniors in Cleveland County. The show will include vendors from the surrounding area and quilt demonstrations. Shopping and door prizes also will be part of the event.
