TULSA – Contemporary Christian hitmakers MercyMe are bringing their "Imagination Nation Tour" back to Oklahoma after playing a March date at Oklahoma City's Chesapeake Energy Arena.

Tulsa, Pittsburgh, Charlotte, Louisville, Austin and Ft. Worth are among the stops planned for the fall continuation of the “Imagine Nation Tour,” announced this morning. Multiplatinum-selling band MercyMe, which has Edmond ties, will headline the run alongside fellow Grammy nominee Crowder and GMA Dove nominee Micah Tyler.

Recent radio favorites “Best News Ever,” “Grace Got You” and “Even If” are included on MercyMe's most current album, "Lifer," and will be among the hits included on the trek. In 2019 the current American Music Award-winning band has reaped both Grammy and Billboard Music Award nominations. The tour also comes on the heels of the box-office success of the Oklahoma-filmed movie "I Can Only Imagine," inspired by front man Bart Millard’s real-life story behind the beloved MercyMe song. Tickets will NOT be available for purchase at BOK Center Box Office on the first day of ticket sales; remaining available tickets will be available for purchase at BOK Center Box Office on the next business day that the box office is open, according to a news release.
