Mustang has hired multiple new head coaches this school year, and now it’s looking for a baseball coach.

Keanon Simon resigned earlier this week after a three-year stint that includes one Class 6A state championship.

This season, the Broncos went 18-21 this season. In 2018, they made the state tournament after winning the title in 2017.

Simon said he’s going to focus on his sports fields services company for the time being.

Simon, who played at Oklahoma State, is one of four brothers coaching across the state. His brother Ead is the coach at Roff, which won the Class B state championship. Dax coaches at Tushka. Kale is the boys basketball coach at El Reno.

Mustang has already hired new head coaches for football, boys basketball and girls basketball this school year.
