College softball: Tulsa earns rematch with OSU in regional final
STILLWATER -- Tulsa bounced back from its loss to Oklahoma State earlier in the day with a 6-4 victory over BYU in a Friday evening elimination game in the Stillwater Regional at Cowgirl Stadium.
After falling behind 1-0 in the top of the first inning, Tulsa answered with two runs in the bottom half on Chenise Delce's single to left field.
In the fourth inning, Sarah Briers hit a two-run double, then scored on Julia Hollingsworth's groundout for a 5-1 lead.
After BYU scored three runs over the fifth and sixth innings to get within a run, Tulsa added one more when Rylie Spell drew a bases-loaded walk in the bottom of the sixth.

Kassidy Scott allowed four runs (two earned) on 12 hits and three walks, going the distance to earn the pitching victory for Tulsa.
The Golden Hurricane fell into the loser's bracket with a 13-10 loss to Oklahoma State to start Friday's action, and will get the chance to avenge the defeat on Saturday.
The teams will meet at 3 p.m., with Tulsa needing two wins over OSU to advance to the super-regional round. One loss will eliminate Tulsa.
