Oklahoma State will open play in the NCAA softball super-regional round Thursday at defending champion Florida State in Tallahassee.

Florida State announced that it had sold out of reserved seating tickets for the super-regional in nine minutes Monday afternoon.

Thursday's opener will begin at 6 p.m. on ESPN, with Game 2 set for 2 p.m. Friday on ESPN2. The third game, if necessary, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday on ESPN.

The fourth-seeded Seminoles defeated South Carolina on Sunday to advance out of their regional.

No. 13-seeded Oklahoma State knocked off Tulsa on Saturday to earn its first super-regional appearance since 2011.

OSU and Florida State did not meet during the regular season.
