Receipts: Tuesday: 444; Last week: 376; Last year: 720

Compared to last week: Slaughter cows steady to $3 lower in a light test. Slaughter bulls not well tested, but a lower undertone was noted. Demand moderate. Receipts lighter this week due to severe weather and flooding in many areas of the state. A total of 192 cows and bulls sold with 49 percent going to packers. The estimated dressed cost at the Oklahoma National Stockyards: Lean cows $123.05; Boners $123.30; Breakers $115.90; Light Weight Cows $117.20. Bulls $151.60.

Slaughter Cows: 1,025-1,625 lbs. Average dressing Boner, Breakers and Lean cows $57-$64; High dressing $64-$69; Low dressing $47-$55. 775-975 lbs. Light weight cows Average dressing $56; High dressing not tested; Low dressing $45-$51, Very low dressing $36-$44.

Slaughter Bulls: 1,400-2,450 lbs. Average dressing $84.50-$88; High dressing $89-$91.50; Low dressing $73-$81.50, Very low dressing $61-$68.

Bred Cows: Medium and Large Nos. 1-2: 2-4 year old cows 900 lbs 2nd-3rd trimester $810-$910/head.

Cow/Calf Pairs: Medium and Large Nos. 1-2: 2-4 year old 1,025 lb. cows with 150 lb. calves $1,200/pair. Medium and Large No. 2: 2-4 year old 825 lb. cows with 150 lb. calves $975/pair.
