Body pulled from OKC river Saturday
A man’s body was pulled from the waters of the Oklahoma River Saturday morning.
The body was spotted in the 1500 block of S Western Avenue about 7:30 a.m. by people scouting for a good fishing location, police officials said. The victim appears to be about 35 to 40 years old and no signs of trauma were visible to the body.
The state medical examiner’s office took custody of the body to identify the deceased and determine the cause and manner of their death.
