Marijuana proponent reacts to approval of rules for medical marijuana

Chip Paul, chairman of Oklahomans for Health, reacts to the Oklahoma State Board of Health's approval of proposed emergency rules for the regulation of medical marijuana in Oklahoma. Paul also comments on the amendments made to the rules, banning the sale of smokeable marijuana and requiring pharmacists to operate dispensaries.
